SHIPPING

All items are handmade in the United States and can only ship domestically at this time. Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be made. Once the package is shipped, TAWI CO. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

TAWI CO. cannot accept any returns or exchanges because of the handmade, made-to-order nature of the product. All items are final sale. Since each piece is created with delicate materials, reparations can be requested via the contact form with an image attached. Reparations only include those errors which may have been made during the original build of the product and do not include broken chain, chipped or broken pearls, stones and crystals, general wear and tear, or normal oxidization.

How do I ensure my piece will maintain its original quality?

How long does shipping usually take?

  • Anywhere between 5-7 business days, but it may take longer. Once the items have been shipped, TAWI CO. has no control over the shipping process.

Do you ship international?

  • Yes, we now offer international shipping!

What form of payment do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards, including AMEX, PayPal and other methods of payment.

Is sales tax applied to my oder?

  • Sales tax is already factored into the price of each item, so you will not see an additional cost for tax at checkout.
